We offer wrestling programs for youth ages 5 and up as a charter club of USA Wrestling and member of the Washington State Wrestling Association. Currently we are in our Folkstyle Season for ages 5 to 14.

Advanced and older wrestlers practice Mondays and Wednesdays. Novice wrestlers practice Tuesdays and Thursdays. Practices are held at Nathan Hale High School from 6:30 to 8:00.
